The Hughes House

The Hughes House opened its doors in June 2026, becoming another important addition to the growing PNW Uplift community. Located in the Bethel-Danebo neighborhood, this seven-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers residents plenty of space, comfort, and the opportunity to build a strong recovery community in a quiet residential setting.

One of the unique features of the Hughes House is its two separate living rooms. The layout gives the home the feel of two distinct living spaces, providing residents with more options for relaxing, socializing, or simply finding a little personal space within a shared home. This balance of community and individual space helps create a comfortable environment for residents at different stages of their recovery journeys.

The outdoor space is another highlight of the property. The home features a large, spacious front yard as well as a fully fenced backyard, giving residents plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors, gather together, and make the most of the warmer months. Located on a quiet street, the property offers a peaceful setting while still keeping residents connected to the surrounding community.

Convenience is also a key feature of the Hughes House. The home is located just several hundred feet from the nearest bus stop on Royal Avenue, providing residents with easy access to public transportation and helping them stay connected to work, appointments, meetings, and other important resources.

As one of PNW Uplift’s newest homes, the Hughes House represents our continued commitment to expanding access to safe, stable, and supportive recovery housing. With its spacious layout, unique two-living-room design, generous outdoor areas, and convenient location, it provides residents with a comfortable place to call home while they work toward recovery and a brighter future.
