The Palace House joined the PNW Uplift family in August 2025 and brought with it something especially meaningful, a strong foundation of recovery already in place. Located just off River Road in the Santa Clara area of Eugene, the home features five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and has continued to provide a safe, supportive environment for residents.
Unlike some of our homes that required significant work before opening their doors, the Palace House was already an established and healthy recovery home when PNW Uplift acquired it. That strong foundation has allowed the home to continue building on a culture of recovery, accountability, and community that was already present.
The Palace House is special because of the people who call it home. The residents have created a community that reflects the values PNW Uplift strives for across all of our homes—supporting one another, embracing recovery, and creating an environment where people can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward a better future.
And then there are the fish.
As you enter the Palace House, the fish are there to greet you, bringing an unexpected sense of peace and serenity to the home. They have become a unique and beloved part of the house, offering a calming presence and perhaps a reminder that sometimes recovery is about slowing down, taking a breath, and appreciating the simple things.
The Palace House may have joined PNW Uplift in 2025, but its story of recovery began long before that. We are proud to carry that story forward and to continue providing a home where residents can find stability, connection, and the opportunity to keep moving forward.
